Create your design file first:
- Open the toolpaths view and select the floppy disk icon (save gcode)

You need to manually install this from here:

Vectric Post Processors For 10.5 or older versions (Download Links Included).

Select your post processor from the drop down (It should be onefinity, either inch or mm)

Then select the toolpath you want to save with the checkmark and click the 'save toolpath(s)…" button.

Insert your formatted usb drive into your PC

ensure its formatted properly from here:

Select your USB stick and click Save in the bottom right of the pop up.

Load your usb stick into any of the 4 usb ports on the controller and select the file.
Tip:
FILE, SAVE in the upper left saves the DESIGN file (with an extension of .crv or .crv3d). This is NOT the file you load on the onefinity controller. You MUST save the gcode in the toolpath, save section for the controller to see the file. This will save it as a .nc, .ngc, or .gcode file.
