Got notice of four shipping labels created. #21751 Getting close.

My order has been sitting on label created for since the 7th. Itâs supposedly expected to arrive the 14th. Is this normal?
I think it would depend on how often the packages are taken to or picked up by the carrier.
âLabel createdâ just means (to me) that the item has been boxed up and the shipping label printed. It does not mean the package is in possession of the shipping company as far as I know.
No different than when I create a shipping label for an eBay sale. When you create the label a notice goes out to the buyer with the tracking information. Once the package is in the shipperâs hands it will be scanned, and another notice will be sent out with updated status.
So just a guess but say they are delivering the boxed items to the shipper and they make a run once every few days or when they have as many packages as they can carry in their vehicle then it might be a few days before the shipper actually âseesâ the packages.
That is one possible reason for the delay and just a SWAG on my part.
I am not taking it as something has gone wrong or the shipment has been lost or forgotten in some corner of a warehouse. But in todayâs environment after 7 or more working days at âLabel Createdâ status I would think something might be holding it up.
In your case âsince the 7thâ is only 3 days so keep an eye on it but I would not be worried yet.

Supporting the customer with accurate information about an order should be a minimum standard for good customer service.

I ordered mine on the 28th so maybe it will get here before Christmas. But I currently have a couple delayed packages from FedEx and UPS. Its odd but USPS has actually been on time lately. Who knows these days?
Journeyman order 21371 placed on September 10th has been delivered in North Carolina.
Received shipping label created email on Monday, followed by âorder is in its wayâ email on Wednesday.

Placed my Journeyman order on 9/20 and am wondering if your monitor was included or delayed as others have reported?
I placed my order on Sept 28th and I received an email stating that the screen was on backorder.
My monitor was included. I had touched base with Onefinity the week before I got my shipping notification. Jen mentioned that they were expecting a shipment of stuff that Friday or Monday. Maybe that shipment was the monitors??
Hey, Bob did I understand correctly, your Journeyman order #21751 got a notice for the label being created? Mine is #21679 and I havenât heard anything about shipping yet. Seems like maybe they arenât going in order?
Yes, I got an email from UPS saying four labels from Borderworx had been created on 12/10, but have not heard anything else yet. Checking using the UPS app just now it still says âShipper created the label, UPS has not received the package yet.â and âShipment is ready for UPSâ.
My shipping week by the schedule is this week so could be a few days before anything happens.
Everything seems normal or as expected so far.

Replying to myself here. I did have a notice from UPS that a label was created, it had come in shortly after I order something elsewhere and thought it was for that. The from is BORDERWORX but in the text it says Onefinity. I can go back to my calm place waiting for the CNC. Ok not so calm, excited, and trying to be patient.

And now just a few hours later I get emails from onefinity saying the Journeyman and my 80mm spindle mount have shipped. I might not get any sleep tonight.

Every order will be different with a different mix of options/accessories that could affect when your entire order is ready. That could cause delays as they wait for a particular item to arrive. No doubt they try to keep shipping costs down and include all the small items in with the rails where practical.
In my case I ordered loads of options/accessories so it might be held up for another week if theyâre waiting on one or two pieces.
