This is normal and by design. Stuttering is normal and part of the stall homing. [Adjusting Stall Homing On The Onefinity CNC]

I had this issue check here Proper Motor Settings for x-50 rails (Woodworker and Journeyman), with 1616 ball screw configuration

I can’t find the post but some on the forum printed a spacer so the mount bumped that rather than the z bracket (fears it might be knocking out if tram)
